Regrettably, I must say that this was my first and last visit to Cinnabon. My bun wasn't warm; it was stale and lacked the cinnamon flavor I expected. I just don’t get the hype. On top of that, the prices were quite steep.
Cinnabon is situated within a truck stop and has the feel of a standard franchise in a compact space. Unfortunately, the management could improve, as there are often times when no staff are present to assist customers.
