It took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby to receive our food, which mine had the wrong fries. I saw at least 3 people come in and ask for management because they had also been waiting that long in the drive thru.

Also the girl was extremely rude. She is very lucky I didn't step out my car. If my fiance was not with me, I would have. The only thing that I could complain about was that maybe the fish could have been bigger. I will be going back forthis little treat.

I have been going to Arby's here in hampton for years.... NOT the first time That said, of the last 3 times I've used this drive thru, it isa 10 15 minute wait for a cold roast beef sandwich and fries. That is with only 5 cars in line. The food is just terrible. When I pulled up to the window after 10 minutes of inching up to it, I waited 5 minutes only to be asked to pull ahead and theywould bring my order out. As soon as she asked, she said never mind and gave me my order a couple of minutes later. Thinkabout it... 15 minutes of wait to be told the folks behind are more important.. AND had I waited longer,, it still would havelikely been a cold meal. My roast beef was hardly warm and the fries were cool and soggy. Not only gross, but dangerous forhealth. Threw it out and just made a sandwich. Done with arbys.. Look fwd to them closing.. update 8/6/22 All the reviews areessentially relative to the poor standards at this restaurant. AND then read the response from the owner For each review. Exactly the same for each review. FOR MONTHS... With zero effort to improve customer service or the ridiculously poor qualityof their food. Just close that location before someone gets sick.
