The drive-thru line was long as usual. The customer service was decent. I waited about 10 minutes in line. The food was good. I tried the new boneless wings and crinkle fries for $5. You could choose either buffalo or hot sweet flavors. The boneless wings were crunchy and tender. The sauce was okay, but the white meat was actual chicken, not processed meat. Ordered chicken bacon club with curly fries. Fries were hard and cold. Sandwich tasted like chicken warmed in microwave it was hard and cold. The people working need to stop talking about people and pay attention to customer service and food. You never know who is watching!!

The most terrible Arby's in the area!You sit in line for over ten mins with 2 cars ahead of youThis location needs new management or new staff,seems they are not trained properly to know how too cook the food right.Please send corporate to this location before someone ends up sick.A waste of money for a meal that is over ten bucks.
This Abby's in desperate need of a remodel!! Their sign has had no lights on in several weeks and several of the associates in the drive through are indifferent at best. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the food, its always been good.
Worst service I have ever seen. The employees all look like they hate life and are moving in slow motion. It took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby to receive our food, which mine had the wrong fries. I saw at least 3 people come in and ask for management because they had also been waiting that long in the drive thru.
