I thought maybe they were doing that still because of... read more I was really disappointed when I received plastic to go utensils to use for my meal when I ordered steak. I thought maybe they were doing that still because of covid but when I looked around and seen other tables had real silverware I didn't understand. I had to ask for real silverware. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this particular applebees.

I'm not a big fan of Applebee's because their menu never seems to change much. I had the tacos and mozzarella sticks, nothing glamorous about it. Mom did enjoy... read more I'm not a big fan of Applebee's because their menu never seems to change much. I had the tacos and mozzarella sticks, nothing glamorous about it. Mom did enjoy her steak and rice. Three of us were there and it was under $50, I found that amazing and I was full. I would go back. The atmosphere was calm, a lot of traffic in and out. My hostess Kanisha juggled a lot of tables WITH a smile. The front staff who did the seating however needed to be more attentive to guests as they entered the restaurant. That part lacked a lot. Overall, no other concerns to note.

The queso chip appetizer was stale n not hot. Same with mozzarella sticks. Just warm like they've been sitting for awhile. Main entrees were actually really good. Had the shrimp n chicken with mashed potatoes. Full of flavor. Service was ehhh... not really on point. Didn't get silverware or napkins till we asked for em. No real interaction either. Very cold. Atmosphere was cool though. Customers brought the place together by talking to one another. So overall I give this place a 3. May not ever come back though.

The pasta w... read more I always order Applebees because I love their Mango Flavored Lemonade. Today I tried their Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo it was very over cooked! The pasta was mushy and grimy, overall weird texture. Chicken and broccoli was good.
