Papa Johns Pizza - Hammonville

Absolutely ridiculous, my card was charged and no one at the store had a clue! Including the so called manager that wouldn 't even give me her first name...what in the world is happening with these young idiots we have working in fast food now???? The manager 's only response to me was you 'll have to call the district manager tomorrow at 8 AM... meanwhile I have to go to the bank tomorrow to reset my debit card because of the fraud charge. I 'm finding out that no one takes responsibility any longer. It 's a sad world.

10/10 always on point. Love the atmosphere when I walk in. They know my order and knock it out of the park every time. This papa John's has it together!

Ordered a pizza from them last night. Not the high quality pizza I was expecting that I usually get from Papa Johns.I got The Works. The toppings were all just thrown on there missing a lot of the dough. It hardly had any flavor, like they skimped on the sauce. The fluffy crust that I'm used to having was flat and hard, like it was an old crust. I emailed them and I have not heard anything from them.This used to be such a great location....NOT ANYMORE!

Good luck trying to order. 20 minutes on phone with a third party. They said they were out of everything. What happened to just calling a pizza joint directly? Better options than this.

This is a BAD store. I ordered online and was told at pickup that my order was sent to ANOTHER store. There was ANOTHER guy heading to his car who was told the SAME thing.Bad customer service.Dirty store.The franchise needs to clean house.Corporate should be informed.Bad managementBad crew...........
