The food was delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired. The hostess was quick and friendly, but after we were seated, we felt neglected for about 15 minutes, as if we were invisible. Once we placed our order, the waitress brought the beer we requested, but when we asked for a glass, she brought it and awkwardly placed it on the edge of the table, far from the person who requested it. What Cinnamon Eden doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
I waited about 15 minutes for a draft beer, which would be understandable if the bar had been busy, but it wasn't, and neither was the restaurant. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out well done. This definitely wasn't my favorite Applebee's experience. View all feedback.
My husband and I love going to Applebees the waiters and waitresses here are always very friendly. 4 stars because my meal wasn’t what I expected but I will be returning!
We had a big group and sat in the bar area. Jenna did a great job that took care of us, she wasn't even intrigued to take care of the 20 of us and a full bar! Food was amazing as always!
Delicious meals. We ordered ahead and picked up our order curbside. Very convenient! The dine in option was great for a girl's lunch with my sister-in-law, too!
This restaurant specifically has very friendly service. I walked right in and met in with my friends and the waitress accommodated myself and my friend quickly and comfortably. Morgan R was a delight to have as here. She was quick and very respectful of our whole party and very patient with our shananagins
My salmon was delicious, but my man and my daughter ordered the Bacon cheeseburgers. and the new thing is whether they want their hamburger pink or not and they both ordered pink and the two cheeseburgers were overdue.
