The staff here has the worst service and attitude. Barely want to take your order or answer questions , as if you hired them. service is trash along with the food nowadays. I can see zaxby’s closing for good in the near future. View all feedback.
Waited 37 mins to get to the intercom to order my food. Only had 2 cars in front of me. Waited another 13 for the lady to take my order. Same 2 cars were waiting for their food…. This was for lunch time. They were not busy. No salads available. Dining room not open
Slowest service and on top of that can't make the advertised special on the menu and pretty nasty looking store.
I really like zaxbys, but I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. From an extended period of a few weeks where it took over an hour just to get to the order box, to messed up orders and more.The latest was from today, where I ordered a chicken finger box. I always substitute the coleslaw for extra fries. Without fail, every time I go to this location specifically, all they do is take out the coleslaw and barely give fries at all. Today was the worst occurrence of this, where they didn’t even give the full amount of fries WITHOUT getting extra, let alone giving me the extra fries I ordered. It sounds ridiculous to complain about, but when I’m paying money for something then I expect to get what I ordered. Not gypped out of the sides I’m supposed to get with my meal.
Rudest customer service I've seen in a long time, literally told me I should go to raising canes after I waited in line with no one infront of me for 10+ minutes the employees at this location are ruining it for Zaxby's in general but besides that, they are ruining it for the owner of this location this would explain why sells are down
My son and I went through the drive thru about a week ago. When we places our order and drove up to pay the young guy was really rude. We got to the puck up and the woman seemed kind of rude and unsmiling herself. She told us to pull up after she handed us our drinks so we did thinking someone was behind us.I couldn't understand why she had us pull up because no one came up behind us for at least 3 minutes. She also told the times pull up with no one behind them.I don't know what was taking them so long and was beginning to feel uncomfortable about ordering from them. After about 20 minutes I told my son to go in and get a refund. He said to wait just a few minutes more, that it couldn't be much longer. We were there for at least 30 minutes when the young guy brought our food out. I told him thank you and smiled. He continued to give me a go to hell look, handed me the food and walked away.!!!The food WAS NOT worth the wait or rudeness!!! The fries and fried pickles were cold.And unless you like cold fish fry coating, you will not like the fried pickles.I WILL NOT be going back again unless I hear they fired all those rude people. They even looked as if they smiled, their faces would crack.My money is hard to come by and if it weren't for people like me, they wouldn't have a job. That woman and young man should never be allowed to work with the public!!!
