Lee’s Diner - Hammond

Lee’s has been a favourite of ours for years now. We passed it up so many times but one day decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did!!! We have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is divine service is always satisfactory. The prices are great for the portions, as well.On my most recent visit, I ordered seafood gumbo, onion rings and the shrimp and fish plate.

I bought my child a chicken tender meal and this is what I got for nine dollars2 tiny chicken tenders fries and vey small drink. My little munchkin Was still hungry.Maybe they can increase their tiny 2 inch chicken nuggets to four tiny 2 inch chicken nuggets

They only reason I didnt give five stars on the food, is my eggs didnt quite taste right. They weren't what I'm used too! Krystal the waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was spot on with service and attentive to when we needed something. Thank you Lee's Diner for a great meal!

Food is always great. Definitely caught me off guard that my burger did not COME WITH fries. I ordered at the window and said plain fries for both burgers. Girl didn't bother to write down my order. Had she wrote it down, that could have been her opportunity to clarify that if I wanted fries, I would have to pay extra for them, but because she did not write my order down, I have no clue and I was under the assumption that my $40 bill for two burgers and four shakes included two orders of french fries. Just really disappointed because who eats Burgers without fries?!

I have tried something different each time I order pick-up from Lee's and have yet to be disappointed. The Balboa Philly Steak and Cheese- is OMG Delicious. The steak tender, the veggies all grilled to perfection. This has been the best steak and cheese ever in my life. (Maybe had around 50 in my lifetime so far) TRY IT! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!!!
