Not only were 3 out of the 4 crawfish inedible (they fell apart in our fingers), but the manager is extremely rude. I attempted to order 25 lbs of crawfish by phone and was abruptly informed that they do not take orders. I had my daughter buy 25 lbs on the way home without mentioning how rude the lady I spoke with was. The first thing she said after arriving home was how rude the lady at TNT was. After attempting to eat the crawfish it quickly became apparent that something was very wrong. At least 75 of them, probably more, were so soft that they seemed to dissolve in our finger. I called the store back and was informed by this same lady that she was not going to take them back, that the owner was out of town, and she did not want my phone number because SHE was the manager and couldn 't help me. I expressed how disappointing this entire experience had been and that they should not sell any more of them. I asked again if there was a way to speak to the owner. This time she really got ugly and I gave up.
