Taco Bell - Hammond

This particular experience was extremely frustrating as the girl behind the register acted like she couldn't hear me and had me repeat myself 5 times as I had pre-ordered and was in a hurry not trying to play games

Given the franchise nature of these restaurants, taste is reasonably the same between Taco Bells. This one cooks the food well, no burnt or undercooked foods for our entire group.I happen to like the taste of Taco Bell and the prices are either near or slightly under what it would cost to purchase the ingredients and make them at home.The way I like to approach rating Taco Bells is their decor and customer service.For decor, I really like their central seating area. This was unique among the ones I've been to and was pleasant to sit at.The paint is fresh and everything is clean.This one has an electronic ordering system at the front door that is really neat, and well organized.The employees are courteous and friendly.I would definitely choose this Taco Bell over some of the other ones in my area, even though it is a bit further away than the other two I go to.

Chicken bowl tasted good. Clean restaurant. Easy in out for North bound traffic. Restroom needed cleaning and restocking. Not much interest in restocking hand cleaner when order-counter person was informed. Other than that, great visit.

The staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the vegetarian options. I had to go inside and use the kiosk to order so they could get it right. However, the service was fast.
