Pj's Coffee - Hammond

I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s gone downhill so terribly, every single time I order now it gets messed up and it seems like absolutely no one there knows how to actually make drinks. Customer service is 50/50 I’ve had people literally forget I even ordered and then laugh at the fact I was waiting for 30 minutes. I went back to say they didn’t even put milk in my black coffee and she basically scoffed and walked away while her coworker fixed it for her. The last few times especially either the coffee tastes actually horrible or they don’t warm the pastries up ,:

After being my favorite location for years, this location has plummeted in quality in the past 6-12 months. I tried to get them yet another try today. I ordered an Iced Mocha. When I got to the window, she said an Iced Mocha Latte. I said no, just an Iced Mocha. When I got to my destination, I tool my first sip and a huge gritty clump of powder is what came up my straw. There should be no powders in the drink. This is only one thing that has happened on repeat. It's just disappointing to get yourself a treat and you can't drink it because it tastes/feels like gritty dish water. It just makes me sad because this has easily been my go to PJs for as long as it's been there.

Come here often , always fair/great service. I love their king cake when it is in season. I also love the cream cheese bagels. Prices are fair too.

Ever since their past manager has left, their coffee has been terrible. I get a simple iced vanilla latte yet it seems to consist of nothing but milk. When asked to have it remade because it’s 95% milk I get told “I’ll remake it but next time it will be an up charge next time for an extra shot”. I explained I’m not asking for an extra shot I’m asking for it to be made correctly because I get coffee everyday at other pj’s and it does not taste like that. After having it remade it still is 95% milk and absolutely no change from the one I was previously given.My second drink of my order is a cold brew with a splash of half and half, however it’s always 90% milk.This used to be my favorite pj’s to go to, but since management has changed I do not recommend.
