Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

How it started: Loads of parking available, not overly crowded, immediately seated without a wait, server came right up How it went: Order time was kinda slow. Our server seemed overwhelmed. She had at least 5 tables in our section. Our food order was accurate and arrived at our table nice and hot. How it ended; The food was tasty and satisfying. The check was accurate and we paid at our table. So it was easy/peasy. We'll be back again and again

Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant. The food traditionally is delicious and every time I've went, the service was on point. I've seen some of these 1 and 2 star reviews and I think that comes down to the patience of people now a days. There is a shortage of workers everywhere you go so you have to expect delays. All for the service, I've never had a major issue that I can recall. A bit of advice, always get the same thing you order every time.

We had to wait about 45 minutes after we sat down to get our drinks. another 45 to get our drinks and food AFTER we had to go up to the door to ask where our food was. poor service. and the broccoli that we ordered was given to us IN A BAG. never returning here again

We have been here for almost 20 mins still haven't got drinks yet...very poor service it is the night before Christmas 7:31 pm. OUR SERVER SUCKS IF WE HAD ONE. This place went to Hell used to be so much better. Please hire people who know what they are doing. Wooow still no drinks after 25 minutes we need a discount!!!

Overall, this was a great visit to Cracker Barrel one of our best visits lately to a favorite of ours for travel. The server was on top of everything and checked on us often. The food was as expected for Cracker Barrel. My wife did send back the broccoli for a different side as the broccoli was very soft and chopped up very small.
