While the food is excellent, the atmosphere is dull. The staff all seem like they've just discovered their credit scores dropped dramatically that morning. I've seen more energy from emo kids on skateboards at the mall. Edit: I just got an email from Arby's saying they’ll be addressing this with their employees. Arby's, please don’t interfere with the staff! Don’t send some corporate manager to hassle people for simply being human. That really gets under my skin.
