Nando's Shepherds Bush

I went to Nando's in Shepherd's Bush with my family, including my two kids. We were hungry and decided to get some food. When we arrived, I asked if we could dine in, but the lady at the till said they were closing in 15 minutes. I settled for a quick takeaway and ordered a sharing platter without the thigh as it would take longer. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, another family arrived and was served immediately, despite being told they weren't taking dine-in customers. I expressed my frustration as my young children were hungry and waiting for their food. It took over 15 minutes for our order to be ready, causing my children to vomit from hunger. This was the worst experience I've had at Nando's, and I live locally and frequent the restaurant. The biased and unfair treatment we received was unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. They offered some complimentary items, but it didn't make up for the poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday night. There was a large line to be seated and the ordering process was quite slow. The staff did not seem very experienced. My wife ordered corn on the cob as a side dish, but it did not come with our food. After inquiring, we were told that it was no longer available. They did provide us with another side dish as compensation, but it took some time. Despite these issues, the food was good and we enjoyed being back at Nando's, even though our experience was a bit disorganized.

This Nando's branch is our favorite because it offers halal options, has some of the best food in the Nando's chain, and is conveniently located near our home.

The food was fantastic, but the service was extremely poor. I waited for over an hour before they finally took my order. I even asked for some chips or something to tide me over because the portion sizes were very small.

This is a fantastic spot for a healthy meal before or after work, or any time of day! My go-to dishes are the quinoa salad with a chicken wrap and the grilled chicken breast. I prefer to add the medium-spicy sauce for an extra kick of flavor. They offer a variety of heat levels for their salads, as well as a great selection of sides. It's wonderful that they have baked sweet potato wedges as an option, along with fresh juice, grilled chicken breast, and frozen yogurt for dessert.
