What Luke doesn't like about Byron:
You are forced to order via a QR code on the table, which makes the whole experience feel downmarket. Service charge is added automatically to the bill, despite there being no service. When you click on this, you are presented with a message that can only be aimed at guilting you into paying the service charge (see photo below). An all round unpleasant customer experience. Easy to order food by phone. The hamburgers were good, but the french fries were a positive surprise.
I'm sorry, I don't know the name of the gentleman, but the Nepalese man working at the restaurant was very kind. I accidentally ordered a burger with bacon in it, and he graciously offered to get me a new one without bacon.
This restaurant serves one of the top burgers in the city!
Great experience, food was lovely, Anoop was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect.
I love the food, especially the mac and cheese, BUT I miss the old menu, mainly halloumi items! The service here is good though, special shoutout to Anoob :
