This is the best fried chicken I've ever had! It's an all-you-can-eat buffet, making it a perfect stop when traveling to or from the coast. The beef stew is nearly as good as the fried chicken, but the chicken still takes the crown. The restaurant is located in an old house that has a lot of character, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It’s tough to choose a favorite side dish—I had pinto beans, cabbage, and fried okra, and everything tasted fresh and homemade, not from a can. And definitely don't miss out on the banana pudding for dessert!
My family loves this place. We eat lunch here about every Sunday. Very friendly staff.
