KFC - Hamilton

This KFC in Australia is the worst! The staff told me what I could choose from, as if I was wrong for paying for my food, which in turn pays their wages. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wings being priced the same as larger pieces. When I compared it to a scenario at a bar, the staff responded rudely. The staff's attitude towards me has been terrible since I complained to management. I choose not to patronize this KFC anymore due to the disrespectful behavior of certain employees towards customers. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only KFC in Hamilton, which may be the reason they are still in business.

My first experience at the Hamilton KFC was phenomenal. The chicken was the best I have ever had at KFC. It was perfectly crisp and cooked to perfection. I would have loved to give the cook a tip if I had the opportunity to meet them.

The rude staff at this restaurant refused to replace our cold food, claiming that we had already eaten some of it. They only agreed to replace it once I threatened to make a complaint. The staff definitely need better training in customer service.

The worst service tonight about 15 minutes to 10 a.m. They forgot my big Sunkist, the half frozen raspberry with Pepsi. The girl asked if we were sure that we had to order a big Sunkist and check the order several times. The guy also served...said “okay” when they said they forgot my big sunkist and went away. I felt it was very rude to be questioned more than once about a drink they forgot to give me as if I didn't know what I ordered because we left without the big fry. I don't know if I'll be back after the question as if I'm lying trying to get a free drink if they don't even seem to do something as easy as extra salt on my frit. very cheap for an expensive FFR.

Good service, orders are presented quickly. Sit down area is really nice, and clean too. Parking is not an issue, one can park over the road if necessary.
