The Blind Monk - Feedback

What User doesn't like about The Blind Monk:
We had two of their burgers. They were without doubt the worst I and my son have ever had. The fillings were fine but the buns were so dried out that they literally exploded as we ate them. I complained to the waiter only to get a flippant "yeah, I'll tell the chef, they shouldn't be that dry". No word of apology, no offer of compensation. My husband and I sat at The Blind Monk on Saturday afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were lovely. There is a large range of beers and cocktails and they are priced within the range of other similar establishments we have been to.
