My wife and I have booked utopia for a dinner for our 3yr wedding anniversary. we came (no mention of the jubilee,) waited 10 min for cutlery menu, order anothe... read more My wife and I have booked utopia for a dinner for our 3yr wedding anniversary. we came (no mention of the jubilee,) waited 10 min for cutlery menu, order another 15 min (fish of the day, huhn curry rose,) another 10 min to say there was no fish, another 20 min to get our food rose, leave 5 min to drink before they return to work. overall shameful poor service and average overpriced food.

When we asked to see the cocktail menu again for our second drink, the waitress brought it but never returned to check on our decisions. Although we requested a large drink, it came out smaller than expected. We asked the waitress to check on our food and drinks due to the delays, but she didn't seem overly concerned or take any action. We ultimately had to ask the Maitre d' for assistance. Additionally, we noticed another couple waiting for their drinks, which were simply two glasses of wine, for over half an hour.
