What Amanda Ledford doesn't like about Wingstop:
I ordered the meal for two so we got half mild and half parmesan garlic. The bbq was good. The garlic parm was very bland and didn't have any flavor at all. The vudu fries were seasoned with cheese sauce and ranch on top. They were a bit spicy. The quality of the wings were good. So if I return I think if I try a different sauce they will be better. Overall, they were much better than Roosters but not as good as BWW. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is over-hyped and lacking in flavor. While there is potential for improvement, it ultimately feels like just another generic franchise with no clear direction.

The soft drink machine was not working, but they were still selling meal combinations that included a drink. The Boneless Wings and classic wings were in need of better management and cleaning.

Not happy! I had to update! The general manager Curtis stated he'd refund my money for their huge mistake. I ordered off their app but DoorDash or GrubHub delivered it. Stated 5-7 business days for the refund. I mistakenly believed him. We ordered BOGO chicken sandwiches with free delivery. Wings and fries. The wings were delivered not the sandwiches and fries. I called him back he stated order again and I'll send it over. Just what we didn't get. I did an accidentally ordered the 2 Sandwiches again and fries. PAID FOR 4 Not 2!!! Plus paid twice for fries! Not GOOD General Manager Curtis! $70 for was to be at $45 bill!!! We won't be ordering from your restaurant again. Sad because WingStop has amazing food! I'll try another location!

This place in Hamilton won't last much longer, unless they get their stuff together. No pride in food prep or service... NO THANKS.

Just ordered delivery from this location and everything was made wrong. Ordered 5 of the new Hot BBQ wings, got 5 plain. Ordered 20 Cajun wings, got maybe 5 Cajun and 15 plain. Ordered Buffalo Hot Sauce fries, got ZERO Buffalo Sauce or Ranch Dressing. Order was awful. No one is answering at the store. Waste of 40.00.
