She said they don't do that AFTER she took my entire order. Then said the order wouldn't be ready until 2:00 pmwhich is totally unacceptable. I can't believe they would turn down this much business. Needless to say we won't be orderingfrom this location again. Terrible customer service!

Fine,It was raining that day. 2nd time I come here and the drink machine was down. Third time I tried to comehere and there?s no walk in or call in orders. ???? Last time coming here. Too many chances.

Wings were plain they called and were told to bring them back for exchange. When they returned theywere told since they had eaten some of them they couldn't do anything. My friend told them they would lose a first timecustomer. They replied they had enough customers already. I feel bad for recommending them.

The men's restroom per my boyfriend's experience, has a crack that has water flossing into it. It smells very bad. My boyfriend's chicken had FEATHERS onit. And soon after eating he has food poisoning!!!!!! I called about it and they told me I was out of luck. The building isabsolutely understaffed and I feel bad for everyone but the manager Curtis, who I spoke to. They have workers not wearinggloves. They have WORKERS WITH FAKE NAILS working the fryer and I witnessed her picking one off the side of the fryeritself. I'm calling the health department as soon as I can!!!! Don't eat here if you don't want food poisoning or otherillnesses.
