Smashburger - Hamilton

Smashburger is WOW. I have the sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and the double cheeseburger. The frits were amazing crisp yet soft and the brussel sprouts had great taste and were not soggy. The burger was really good and the meal was very full. I ordered to go. The girl who took my order was very patient and offered me recommendations as it was my first time. They don't have honey mustard, but the smash sauce is similar. I probably go back before I get out of Cincinnati when my job ends!

Came hungry, went happy! Fast lunch during work, considered my first smash Burger experience. Josh ordered a breeze and the food came fast and was excellent! Had a classic, pommes and a salted Carmel Shake. Everything was delicious and the shake was really delicious and was two full shake glass portions. The staff came by to check me while I was eating and asked if I needed anything. Everyone was super polite and helpful. Pretty sure they are also part of the Diners Club rewards so that is a beautiful perk! Overall, my visit really enjoyed and would come back!

I went in and Josh welcomed me right away. He told me about the new burger and fish. He helped me through the ordering process. After I paid, Josh told me about the reward program and how to enter it. My food was just as I ordered it without tomatoes and pimples. I had the Schmachfries. Both articles were fantastic.

Bring the chili back!!!! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are much better than the other fast foods. There is no ride through and you need to sit and wait 10 minutes, but they offer internet order without waiting.

If you are looking for a good burger, this is the place! This location is clean than the staff was friendly. The service is also quick. I order their sweet potato fries with my burger, which are not usually an option at places like this. They also have milkshakes, if you want something sweet and will even give you the extra shake leftover in the mixing cup so they don't waste it. They have kids meals that are fairly priced.
