This place is very poorly staffed and the wait times are astronomical. I’ve been here a few times hoping for a different experience but every time I’ve had to wait almost 20 minutes just to be helped. Don’t go here thinking you’ll get a quick takeout. Also if you’re allergic to anything on the menu do not come because it is all going to be cross contaminated
Surprisingly good food. Wonton tacos were huge and delicious, definitely an appetizer that could be a meal. Hibachirito is tasty too. Will definitely go back for more.Food: 5/5
Food was not good. Service was poor. Place was not clean. Would not recommend. Many other good restaurants available.
Looking forward to this place but was highly dissatisfied. Overall ambiance was bad, employees didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. We were a group of four and it took about 25 minutes to order our food while the restaurant was empty. They also forgot our appetizer and had no urgency. As for the food, we are genuinely scared for our well being. Fish was brown/grey and smelled fishy. The employee used the same knife for everything! Cutting the burritos, slicing avocado, touching fish, etc. She kept wiping the knife on a super dirty rag and proceeded to touch our food with it after. Also one girl cut the food without gloves on, touching the food. Pretty bad experience and we would never recommend this place to anyone. Hoping we don't get sick from this!
Was in town for a tournament. Checked this place out after seeing good reviews and offering of sushi bowls and burritos. Staff was very confused on what was ordered, had to wait for chicken, steak, shrimp, the three main ingredients. Chicken was fatty as was the steak. Did not have sushi. Place was dirty. Won't be back.
Roll On In promises an exciting dining experience with a menu featuring inventive sushi bowls and burritos, appealing to both sushi lovers and vegetarians. While some dishes, like the Crab Rangoon, have garnered praise, others have faced criticism for portion sizes and inconsistent quality. Diners report issues with service, including long wait times and confusion among staff, alongside concerns about food safety practices. However, positive experiences highlight fresh ingredients and engaging customer service, suggesting potential for improvement. Despite mixed reviews, many express enthusiasm for returning, hoping to savor what this unique spot has to offer.

I have a friend with allergies, and the worker was really friendly to make sure they were okay. In general, the working week was very friendly, and the food was delicious! I definitely come back here.
The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent. They have a variety of dishes on the menu that can be served in a bowl or burrito. All ingredients are fresh!!!
Two stars because the food was good and it was fast but almost 6 dollars for this amount of crab Rangoon is pretty ridiculous. The bowl was a very good size however only had like 7 tiny pieces of tempura shrimp on top. Great taste but wouldn?t order again.
Have you seen the trend of sushi burritos? You try them in real-life here in Hamilton. I love the Spicy Tuna with Avocado and Yum Yum Sauce, I could eat it all the time! Be sure to grab one of their old-fashioned sodas and enjoy the view of downtown Hamilton as you devour your burrito.
Delicious! First time here and built my own bowl. I'm not a fan of seedweed wrap, which is why I choose the bowl and didn't go with a burrito. Very filling! Would highly recommend this place and will be going back. ??

We used to live in Maineville, close to one of their other locations, and we adored it. We frequently visited both that location and the one in Lebanon, and we always had a positive experience. However, we were quite disappointed with our recent visit to this location due to both the service and the costs. I understand that prices have gone up, but two bowls and two glasses of water came to over $40. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that they had run out of some ingredients that were supposed to be in my bowl until it was almost finished being made. I should have been told about that when I placed my order. We won’t be returning to this location, although we might consider trying the others again if we find ourselves back on the other side of town.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes that can be enjoyed in either a bowl or a burrito. Everything is made with fresh ingredients!
I have a friend with allergies, and the staff here were incredibly accommodating in ensuring their safety. Overall, the employees were very friendly, and the food was delicious! I will definitely return.
I visited around 4 PM when the restaurant was empty, with a TV playing in the background. An employee, who was polite, was working behind the station where they assemble the bowls and burritos. I opted to create my own bowl with rice, grilled tuna, cream cheese, green onions, and romaine, which was delicious. However, the atmosphere was darker than I expected. I would eat here again, but not too often, as the price felt a bit high for the quality.
The customer service was okay, but the food was greasy and lacked flavor. What little flavor I did notice was unpleasant and made me feel sick. I ended up throwing it away. Two bowls and two sides of tempura shrimp cost $45. I won’t be coming back.
