I’ve been here a few times hoping for a different experience but every time I’ve had to wait almost 20 minutes just to be helped. Don’t go here thinking you’ll get a quick takeout. Also if you’re allergic to anything on the menu do not come because it is all going to be cross contaminated

We frequently visited both that location and the one in Lebanon, and we... read more We used to live in Maineville, close to one of their other locations, and we adored it. We frequently visited both that location and the one in Lebanon, and we always had a positive experience. However, we were quite disappointed with our recent visit to this location due to both the service and the costs. I understand that prices have gone up, but two bowls and two glasses of water came to over $40. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that they had run out of some ingredients that were supposed to be in my bowl until it was almost finished being made. I should have been told about that when I placed my order. We won’t be returning to this location, although we might consider trying the others again if we find ourselves back on the other side of town.
