Rally's - Hamilton

I have stopped by 4 times this week trying to catch this place when it’s open. Written signs posted 2nd shift didn’t come in, spoke to a polite worker and card reader was down the next time. Last two attempts the place is just empty. I would have saved gas just driving out to the reading location. Disappointment after disappointment with this place.

Great@! Bad thing is they had no ac for 5 days n the owners didn't seem to care n my eyes!! I would be given bonus n free meals n all working in them conditions!! 90degree weather outside..just image inside..smh I work in a kitchen I'm a chef so I know..shame on ralleys owers n managent!! I dont see yall working there n this heat..tall on vacation or n the ac somwhere

Worst Rally's I have ever been to, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru.... Only me and 3 other cars 2 of them had ordered before I even pulled up.

The workers are really friendly. The food was good. They are low on staff and only two employees were working. They did a great job though.

I was just there waiting at the speaker for 20 mins .. I kno they have a sign up that says be patient that there are only 2 employees so I waited for 20 mins mind u no other car or customer there so I pulled up to the window to ask if they were open wen I knocked they looked at me and ignored me like I wasn't even there .. I love rallys but they need to change up the people that work there because they obviously don't care.. and not to mention the guy that was working there last week wen I came thru was out back looked homeless and was so messed up he could barely stand
