**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience at Local Panera**
Recent visits to a local Panera have showcased a stark contrast in customer experiences, ranging from disappointing service to instances of remarkable improvement. Many patrons voice frustration over rude management and order inaccuracies, reporting poorly prepared meals and excessive wait times due to dwindling self-service options. However, a notable shift has been observed with some customers praising the friendly staff and improved service, highlighting effective management and quick resolutions to issues. This dichotomy leaves the reputation of the restaurant hanging in the balance, leaving diners to wonder if they will find satisfaction or disappointment on their next visit.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time, but I've noticed a significant decline in their service lately. I've received sandwiches that were overcooked, the wrong sandwiches altogether, and even the incorrect soup in my orders. It appears they're often out of ingredients these days. It's disheartening to see one of the best Panera locations become one of the worst.
I would rate this Panera zero stars. The management is extremely rude. When I requested a straw for my order, the manager responded in a very disrespectful way. To add to my frustration, my salad appeared as though it had already been half-eaten. I will not be going back again. I've attempted to give this place another shot, but I always end up feeling disappointed.
This place now serves very small portions. Panera used to include large slices of avocado on the egg white breakfast sandwich, but now they only add a tiny spread of avocado and use just one egg instead of two. It's a complete ripoff. The salads are overpriced for the amount you get, and the coffee costs way more than what other local spots charge. Even their soufflés are less generous than before. It feels like they think customers won’t notice they’re mostly getting bread or crust. It's disappointing and feels like blatant greed. I used to visit regularly, but not anymore. I’m pretty much done with this place.
The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was outstanding. I had no complaints at all.
This Panera Bread location seems to be declining rapidly. On a busy Sunday morning, there were only two self-checkout registers available, down from four. As a result, there was a long line of customers waiting to order. In fact, two other people and I ended up leaving because the wait was just too long. As someone in the restaurant industry, I can say these poor decisions are likely costing this store a lot of business. Unfortunately, it’s a shame to see.
