I visited the restaurant on a Saturday around 2:25 PM, but I was surprised to find it closed. Although the lights were on and the back door was open, the front doors were locked, and no one was taking orders at the drive-thru. It was quite frustrating!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I've been to plenty of their locations over the years, and this one is easily the worst. I ordered a hot latte, but it was served cold. To make matters worse, their prices are higher than those at other nearby Dunkin' shops. I wouldn't suggest visiting this location; it's simply not worth your money.

Most of the time, the iced coffee here is extremely weak and tastes diluted, almost like I'm just drinking plain water. I frequently request less cream or just one cream and a pump of flavor, yet they consistently add three. The management's attitude towards customers is poor, often making me feel like I'm the one in the wrong while they act infallible. I actually feel anxious about returning anything because they make me feel as though I've messed up my order. It's a shame, as the location is convenient for me, but I intend to steer clear of this place in the future. I've spent a lot of money on what should be a special treat, only to be disappointed every time.

The service seems to worsen with each visit I make. I ordered two coffees, but the staff asked me for my order at least three times before I received anything. In the end, I only got one coffee, and the server just stared at me as if I was supposed to leave, even though my order wasn’t complete. I also have strong doubts that I was overcharged for an incorrect item. This place has really declined.

I have had a terrible experience every time I've visited this place. The staff doesn't wear masks, and the coffee is consistently stale and poorly made. The young employees seem more focused on joking around than attending to customers, leaving people waiting. I won't be returning.
