They over charged on happy hour menu and stated it's not in happy hour. Clearly on the menu it said 30% off during happy hour and server says sorry can't fix it.

We recently went there and the entire experience was... read more My family and I used to go to Coco's a lot since we moved into the area about 4 years ago and we loved it. We recently went there and the entire experience was awful. The menu you has changed, prices skyrocketed, the food downgraded and they tried to overcharge the bill. When we informed the server that the bill was incorrect, she asked how and seemed very aggravated. Eventually she got the manager and the bill was made right. We asked if there were new owners and she said yes. We will not be going back, and if you decide to try your luck, make sure you point on the menu what you want and match it to the bill. We ordered from the lunch pick 2 and were charged from the dinner pick 2. Same thing happened with the margaritas. We ordered the regular ones and were charged the house special.
