Good covid isolation Staff were helpful making sure drink topped up when needed Meal was fine

I've been told by many friends that Nandos is great so I gave it a go and... It is! The place was well maintained and the staff friendly, and it seems a great place to go with a group of friends. And the food? Well, for the price it was pretty damn good! I got a half chicken with two sides which was under and the chicken was well cooked and had a great flavor (I went with the seasonal mandarin spice dressing), and the sides were ample and tasty. My one complaint is the use of a QR code for ordering... Not a fan as I feel this system removes the human element from dining out and is a sneaky way for the company to cut corners and save money at the clients expense. But that's a personal complaint and doesn't detract from overall experience too much! Recommended, especially if you are in a group.

Awful! First they got our order wrong. We has pitta and the chicken was look-warm at best. We sent it back. After waiting about minutes it arrived and was slightly warmer but they didn't replace the sides so they we cold when we got the back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yeah I’m not happy. Got served in hamilton Nandos in Hamilton by a lassie called Kat. My pals food never came till half an hour after I got mine, I wasn’t happy. She lately claimed that it wasn’t her fault that that the order went through but but it was ahha. Also she’s obviously not glued on right as she never added a drink on my reciept. Shockingly really and I am not not impressed!
