Wendy's - Hamilton

Good food and service! Clean and well run staff! The kids meal comes with a great toy too! Kids loved them!

In terms of the food, as would be expected, it was the same as all other Wendy’s locations. We Iike their burgers and fries. The Coke pop printer is fun, but the flavours aren’t as real as genuine goods. Nevertheless, when my son and I walked in, with the restaurant empty, two staff members continued to work on an order on the cash. No greeting or acknowledgement. Customer service 101 is greet the customer. I’d you need a minute or two to finish something, let me know. Had it not been a blizzard outside, we would have walked out.

I like to stop at Wendys when i am returning home and need aquick bite to eat. i found the staff attentive and friendly. restaurant very clean and also has a Tim Hortens on site.

After being stuck in emergency all day with my daughter, she was starving so wendys was on the way home. The person who took our order was so rude and pushy!! Kept interrupting when giving them the order. Got to window 2 to get our order( as the man at the window was tooo busy gossiping about employees to a fellow worker!! , basically threw the bags at us and was very unfriendly and rude. We drove away and should have checked our bags as we ordered 2 combos 2 extra burgers and and extra fry and only got the one combo and one burger and NO receipt! HORRIBLE customer service, never returning to this location!!!

I just live down the street from this Wendy's and I have to say it is very clean the service is friendly for a tasty quick meal I recommend this place.
