I visited for the first time and was truly impressed! The menu is small but focused, featuring outstanding seafood, beef, and game dishes. The cocktails were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the presentation was stunning. It's clear that this restaurant genuinely cares about its cuisine. The service was friendly and attentive. This is a perfect spot for a date or a special occasion. While prices are higher than your typical downtown restaurant, the quality is definitely worth it. I will be returning!
I am completely in love with this restaurant! The food always exceeds my expectations. However, this was my first time trying brunch here, and I wasn't too thrilled with the noise level. The music was so loud that we had to raise our voices just to have a conversation.
Have been there a few times. Always have had an amazing experience. The food is unique and flavourful. The service is excellent, especially Ryan. Look forward to returning again soon!
We celebrated NYE at Undefined with their tasting menu and it was phenomenal. Some folks had paired cocktails and others paired wine and all were perfectly matched and delicious. Ryan made us feel so welcome and made sure our dietary restrictions (celiac) were looked after. A wonderful night all around we’ll definitely be back well before next NYE.

Undefined was great! we booked a reservation and I would recommend if they could be as busy at the weekend. the service was great, our server cat was great and eating was delicious. we only have to share appetizers, but would highly recommend as they were delicious and the drinks were also spectacular! will definitely come back!
Went for brunch with my family. The service was great and accommodating for our 6 year old kid. The eggs Benedict were one of the best I had. Excellent quality! One regret, I should have taken one of the “adult” coffee, the one with the gelato on top looks fantastic!
Simply amazing!!! From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything about this restaurant is outstanding. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
