Two Cougars and a Cafe - Hamilton

Went for breakfast and was not disappointed. The breakfast wraps were very good, the servers are just the nicest and, the hash browns were a unique take on things.

Had the hot Turkey. Ordered all white meat. Was not disappointed. Hand cut turkey. The Rueben looked great ( the boy assured me it was.) Wife had the tuna melt and loved it. Good service. Big portions. Fair prices.

I should have wrote this review sooner. I've passed this place for many years, and wish I would have stopped here sooner. Located in an Industrial part of Hamilton, it's hard to believe just an amazing breakfast spot exists. 1st visit was August 2016 and have been numerous time since. I always get the Eggs Benedict with home fries. Love there colourful home fries with the addition of peppers and onion. Hubby usually gets the Breakfast skillet...which is literally two meals in one. Service is fast and efficient, prices are great and staff have always been friendly. Definitely a place worth checking out if your hungry and driving along Burlington st in Hamilton.

We have heard some good things about this place so we decided to check it out. It is a little off of the beaten path as the restaurant is in an industrial neighbourhood. It is still relatively easy to get to though. The decor was interesting. Lots of fishing stuff. I thought the menu was not that extensive until I noticed the specials on the board. I was looking for a big breakfast that included eggs and pancakes but they were only available separately. I ordered the breakfast skillet and my partner ordered the eggs florentine. When they were delivered we both gasped. They were huge. We both ordered hash browns which were good and crispy like very small French fries. Mine were cold but my partner's were piping hot. The sausage was cold but good because it was lean, not like most breakfast sausages. There were many people in the restaurant but we didn't have to wait long for our order. While we were there there were a few people coming in for take out and it looked like there was a big order being delivered. The restaurant also offered a lunch menu with sandwiches and such.

I love this place. Have never finished a breakfast yet but that's okay. My reason is only due to the quantity, You like your breakfast this should be your go to place, Seriously, the food is good, service is great, Never leave hungry unless you want to. Try any of the items on the menu, we have tried most of them :) Eggs Benny with Fries.Can't remember what the breakfast is called in the skillet. I can never eat that much food in a couple of days. My hubby sure loves it though. Oh they are closed on Sundays which is terrible as I would be there first thing in the mornings before my walk :)
