Very Rude Staff. While ordering they are always trying to assist at the next window. They barely give you any acknowledgment.Today they accidentally spilled my icecapp which was full over the rim. Totally understand accidents happen.Instead of fixing a new one they changed the cup and spun it again.It was well below where it was before spill so I politely asked for it to be topped up only to be told: We only fill the... The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I arrived at 5:45 expecting to get a coffee before work, but the restaurant was not open yet. According to the website, it should have been open at 5:30am, but it did not open until 6am. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. Additionally, they seemed to only focus on drive-thru customers. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but they should have had at least one person working at the front counter.
They certainly know how to make delicious ice Capps at this restaurant.

After leaving a 1-star review, the restaurant replied with a generic response that included a misspelled word. Their lack of attention to detail suggests they are not concerned with offering a satisfying dining experience. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
