Terrible terrible customer service. The lady named TROLL is the most disgusting server I have ever encountered. She should learn how to respect others. We are paying for the food and not begging to get it for free. She should learn some manners to interact with the customers. Tim's standards are getting low because of their employees. Drive through is fast and service is friendly. There is definitely a sense of urgency by the baristas here.
