Tim Hortons - Hamilton

I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. Today, I waited in line for 10 minutes with four other customers while trying to place our orders, but we were completely ignored by the staff. I've previously placed mobile orders at this location, and they are rarely ready on time, and often incorrect. I've raised these issues with the staff multiple times, but sadly, no one seemed to care.

I'd like to give a shoutout to Amarjeet for consistently serving me the best hot latte! Every time I ordered, she made sure it was hot, unlike the lukewarm ones I received from other staff members. This Tim Hortons is definitely better than the one at Eastgate Mall. Cheers!

Stood there for 10 or 15 minutes. Waiting for them to deal with the drive through I was pissed , With all the noise in there I had to yell for service, The man behind me gave me his thumbs up. I will never go to this one

This is the worst Tim's in the area. You are better off to go to Centennial or Queenston Circle. They very rarely get an order right today items were actually missing from my order and I can't even contact them because their phone number listed on Google doesn't work. I've had english muffins completely untoasted, shells in the eggs, and my coffee always seems to be wrong. Won't be going back ever again, enough is enough!
