I ordered vanilla latte they served me without vanilla. It’s fine mistake happens. I politely asked them it is not with vanilla. So the server lady glared at me and said I make it again. The second coffee she made was cold; not even warm; cold!! I asked her that she can touch it it’s cold. She rudely told me I cannot make it again and again I will make it one more time only or you can get refund. I am okay with mistake it happens but attitude in which she dealt is far from customer service we expect from Tim Hortons employees. Not even once she apologized instead glared at me and rudely answered me. Manager was there but she did not even once advise her to speak properly. I hope they work on their people skills because what they are doing cannot be called customer service.

When I expressed my concerns to the store, she responded with a bad attitude. She even claimed that the bacon comes out of the machine raw. I wouldn't recommend dining here, as you might risk food poisoning. Furthermore, the coffee was burnt.

However, today, around 1:05 PM, I experienced rude treatment from one of the employees, and my order was incorrect. Instead of the three mocha ice caps I requested, I received six ice caps. There was no need for the rudeness or for her to stop paying attention to my order. The store manager should address this issue. Very disappointing customer service!
