Staff is impolite. I ordered vanilla latte they served me without vanilla. It’s fine mistake happens. I politely asked them it is not with vanilla. So the server lady glared at me and said I make it again. The second coffee she made was cold; not even warm; cold!! I asked her that she can touch it it’s cold. She rudely told me I cannot make it again and again I will make it one more time only or you can get refund. I am okay with mistake it happens but attitude in which she dealt is far from customer service we expect from Tim Hortons employees. Not even once she apologized instead glared at me and rudely answered me. Manager was there but she did not even once advise her to speak properly. I hope they work on their people skills because what they are doing cannot be called customer service.
Yesterday April 19,2023 I was treated poorly bad customer service a lady says next in line my turn I was telling the lady a large coffee the lady just walked away goes to the next customer serving someone else ? the lady forgot about serving me that's very poor customer service not good I don't like Tim hortons I just don't know why I keep going to Tim hortons and I get treated very poorly customer service
So I 'm not one to boast Tim Hortons really but the staff here deff improved my impressions of Tim Hortons overall. Great staff n management well trained n polite very helpful and informative. They ran out of bread n wraps yesterday after dinner so they gave me 2 turkey bacon on English muffin instead ? awesome job on customer service yo. Ty. XGWJB
I ordered a medium quencher, but when I requested less ice, that's exactly what I received.
The employee who prepared my sandwich seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker than focusing on her work. When I expressed my concerns to the store, she responded with a bad attitude. She even claimed that the bacon comes out of the machine raw. I wouldn't recommend dining here, as you might risk food poisoning. Furthermore, the coffee was burnt.
