I pick up my mobile orders from this location a few times a week. On Thursday, I ordered a coffee and yogurt (which I don't usually get). The quality of service seems to be improving with the presence of the District Manager, but my experience today was below expectations. When I arrived, I grabbed my coffee and left without the yogurt. I called to let them know I had forgotten it, and when I returned on Friday, they had my yogurt ready and sitting with my coffee. I didn’t even have to ask for it. It might seem like a small gesture, but that kind of customer service really stands out. I really appreciated it!
The food is great, and the staff is friendly. While there can be long wait times, the mobile pickup option makes it quick and easy. Overall, the service is excellent!
Worst coffee I have ever had at TimHortons. They served coffee which is not hot enough even not warm and I asked for napkins, she’s not listening to me.

While I understand that this location can be busy, as a regular customer who tips generously, I expect better service.
