I pick up my mobile orders from this location a few times a week. On Thursday, I ordered a coffee and yogurt (which I don't usually get). When I arrived, I grabbed my coffee and left without the yogurt. I called to let them know I had forgotten it, and when I returned on Friday, they had my yogurt ready and sitting with my coffee. I didn’t even have to ask for it. It might seem like a small gesture, but that kind of... View all feedback.
What Mystery Giveaway doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The quality of service seems to be improving with the presence of the District Manager, but my experience today was below expectations. My coffee was made with milk instead of cream, and when I pointed out that it appeared too dark to be a "triple triple," I was met with defensiveness instead of the courteous service one would expect at any Tim Hortons location. While I understand that this location can be busy, as a regular customer who tips generously, I expect better service. I suggest that the staff undergo retraining or that a stronger team be brought in. Overall, a disappointing experience. RL. Govang
Situated across from Gore Park at the intersection of Hughson and King, this small establishment operates as a grab-and-go spot without any seating. The staff were friendly, which is always a plus. I ordered a medium dark roast coffee with milk, and it met my expectations perfectly. However, what truly surprised me was a charming display case titled "There's Snowplace Like Tims," showcasing various items for sale, including Maple Leaf beanies, mugs, cups, and hockey pucks. It's nice to see a touch of creativity!
The food is great, and the staff is friendly. While there can be long wait times, the mobile pickup option makes it quick and easy. Overall, the service is excellent!
The store is supposed to open at 6 AM, but it's now 6:42 AM and there isn't a single employee in sight. The doors remain locked, the lights are off, and no one is present. There's also no sign on the door to explain this unexpected delay.
