Recently visited Taste of Budapest on October 2, 2015. My husband is Hungarian born and authenticates this as excellent Magyar food! Monica, the owner and chef, served Töltött Káposzta (stuffed cabbage) and a marha- és nokedli (beef with dumpling). Dessert was palacsinta (light crepes). The restaurant is small and simple, but warm and welcoming. You will not be disappointed! View all feedback.

On a rainy, windy storm night, we visited Taste of Budapest and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The small restaurant is well-designed with colorful décor and comfortable seating. The menu, reasonably priced with a good variety, made it hard to choose. Our server was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to try both the cabbage rolls and chicken dish. Both were incredible - the cabbage roll was delicious and the chicken leg was tender and moist. The presentation and flavor of the dishes were excellent. This hidden gem in downtown Hamilton is worth discovering. Street parking is available. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others.
The food is fabulous! Very authentic. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The Langos is out of this world.
The food at this restaurant, while on a limited menu, is delicious. The staff and owner are very welcoming and friendly. It is a small place, but the food is very well prepared and tasty.
I recently visited this newly opened coffee shop in Hamilton with some friends. It's a pretty cool place.
