What User doesn't like about Spring Sushi:
My daughter and I had lunch at Spring for the first time last week. In a nutshell it was okay but nothing like the great place for sushi that friends had told us about. Our server was great. He was always quick to clear the table and re-fill our waters.
Great variety. Very good food. Been there several times.
Really disappointed this time around. Asked for a table on bar side. Given one on other side of restaurant right beside the door which was very cold. Food was cold, quality not same and items delayed in being served.
Selection of foods is not as great as at other sushi restaurants in Hamilton. Service overall was fair but we had to ask twice for items we had ordered before they were delivered. Server was very sullen and appeared almost angry. Finally the iPad method of ordering is purely for the restaurants connivence not for the consumer. Being a visual person I like to look at the food choices for myself which gets a little hard to do when four of you are trying to order things at the same time. Also add some sticky rice in lotus leaves to the menu.
Although we had a reservation we waited for like 10 min and there was empty tables.
