Had a lovely time at SIB yesterday afternoon. Staff was extremely friendly and food was quiet good, dessert especially! The bathrooms were clean! Interior of the place was homey but pretty minimalistic. SIB provides a wide array of items such as: Pizza, Bread, Cakes, Cookies, Coffee (Iced and Hot) and even Gelato! View all feedback.
What Dan Cassavetes doesn't like about Simply Italian Bakery:
Recently ordered a 12-in pepperon pizza($20+tax).Really bland and under cooked. To top it off didn't have much flavor. I could have gone to Little Caesars and gotten the same size pizza with three toppings for under $10 and it would have tasted better. Should have known better when I saw the price of a butter tart, four bucks can you believe that for a butter tart. I highly don't recommend this place. View all feedback.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the baked goods transported me right to the best bakeries in Italy, paired with an iced coffee, the perfect treat, the pizza, even the day old $2 slices are so good, the limade FORGET ABOUT IT. I've been in Hamilton 5 years now and I'm kicking myself for not finding this place sooner.

Bright modern shop packed full of old world food! Beautiful baked goods case with treats to tempt you, so delicious. A wood fired pizza oven turned out the best Margherita pizza while we watched, to take home for lunch. My two and a half year old grandson downed 3 pieces, if that isn't the best testimonial ever! Other breads and foccacia look amazing, that's on the list fir my next visit!
I was on Ottawa St. today with my son and stopped into the bakery to check it out. I settled on a loaf of sourdough bread to bring home. We all had a slice with our lunch and it was thumbs up all around. I'd say it's the best sourdough bread in the city. We will most certainly be returning.
