While the ambiance and food were... read more I recently celebrated my best friend's birthday at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and food were amazing, the poor service marred the overall celebration. From the moment we were seated, it became evident that the waiter was not attentive to our needs. This lack of attention made our dining experience less enjoyable. One of the most disappointing moments of the evening was when we requested that the birthday cake be put away for later. The waitress, instead of accommodating our request, gave us an attitude that left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a simple request that should have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, we waited an exceptionally long time for it to arrive at our table The final straw was when we asked the waitress to add the birthday girl's dinner to our bill, as it was her special day. Shockingly, she made our friend, who we were celebrating, pay for her own drink!! It was an embarrassing and frustrating situation, especially considering we had explicitly mentioned the birthday celebration when making the reservation. Overall, the disappointing service overshadowed the outstanding food at this restaurant which what could have been a pleasant dining experience . We left feeling unsatisfied with the level of service we received, and the mishandling of our simple requests was truly disappointing. It's unfortunate that such a special occasion was marred by these issues. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its service in the future.
