What Diya Bineesh doesn't like about Porcelain Hotpot & Lounge:
The food was pretty good however the customer service was downright terrible. When we asked for soup base recommendations the lady was very rude and dismissive about it. She was just on her phone the whole time during her shift and it was hard to get her attention when we needed something. On top of that we asked for change but she never came back with it so we just left. Overall a disappointing experience for first... View all feedback. Came in with my child and didn’t have a high chair for kids . Not recommended for families with small children
Love this place for hotpot. Very relaxing and casual. The meats and veggies for hotpot are always fresh!

read moreThe reviews for this hotpot restaurant are quite mixed. While some customers have had truly awful experiences, with rude and unhelpful servers, others have praised the food quality and variety. One patron even declared it the best hotpot they've ever had, comparing it to famous hotpot destinations in Singapore and Hong Kong. Despite some complaints about service, many have enjoyed the large portions and reasonable prices, especially when ordering for delivery. Overall, it appears that customer experiences at this restaurant can vary greatly, so it may be worth a visit to judge for oneself.
For $28.50 per person all you can eat, it is worth it! You have 6 different options of meat, 7 options of hot food and a salad bar.
When one is trying to tone up and lose the weight - ACYE, or all you can eat, restaurants, aren't the best places to go.
It's all you can eat for only 25 bucks a head! _Food quality was super! We got stuffed with awesome Korean BBQ bulgogi, kick*ss marinated rib Galbie etc
