Popeyes Canada - Hamilton

It's really disappointing that this location has such poor quality. I've ordered from here several times over the past four years, and I always wonder why I keep coming back! The chicken is consistently stale and dry.

I wasn't impressed with Popeyes during my first and last visit. The tea biscuit was good, but I ordered the spicy chicken and found it wasn't very spicy at all. It was also quite greasy.

There's always something missing from my order, whether it's an entire box of fries, biscuits, or pieces of chicken.

The fries were cold, the chicken tasted like it had been re-fried, and the oil flavor was overwhelming. Both my partner and I experienced stomach issues and sore throats afterward. It felt as though we were served stale food. I've never had a negative experience with Popeyes before, but I was really disappointed with yesterday's meal.

If you want to wait around for 15 mins until they even put your food in the fryer than this is the place for you, and when you ask nicely why it took so long, the only excuse they could give is that the cook wasn’t there… but the cashier was able to take everyones money, and then proceed to pack containers full of chicken and fries without any use of gloves or washing hands. Will not be back.
