Lone Star Texas Grill - Hamilton

I recently had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in a long time at this restaurant. Our server, Cactus, was a delight and the food was delicious with generous portions. The atmosphere was fantastic. If I could, I would give more stars. It was a much-needed laugh and a fun time all around. Thank you.

The fajitas at this restaurant are fantastic, and the margaritas are always amazing. I highly recommend trying the pickle margarita - it's delicious! I think they should consider adding Gator fajitas to the menu. I tried the gator bites and we also ordered fajitas; my wife had the chicken fajitas while I made myself some gator fajitas - they were so tasty.

I ordered a Mexican poutine and a full rack of ribs with baked beans and coleslaw at this restaurant. The poutine was delicious with piping hot, flavorful toppings. I would definitely recommend it. The ribs were decent, but slightly burnt and lacked flavor due to the lightly sauced coating. However, the meat was tender and fell off the bone with each bite. The service was good overall, with a attentive and friendly waitress. I would consider returning to this restaurant.

The food was great as usual (the ribs are always spot on and the dill pickle slaw was a nice first). Our server was especially attentive, accurate, and welcoming. The manager made our time very enjoyable and took genuine interest in our experience. I recommend trying a dinner out here without hesitation.

My wife and I have been several times and usually service and food is just ok. We recently came in and had Bush as our server and he made our experience the best we’ve had to date. His energy is infectious made sure we were looked after on a busy night which they had several large parties. We’ll be back just for him, and the fajitas.
