The breakfast service at Chagall was a bit lackluster, but the staff's teamwork impressed. While the quality of food varied, the attentive service at Chagall made for an overall enjoyable dining experience. The Loft Lounge at the Sheraton received high praise for excellent service, efficient handling of large groups, and tasty food. In summary, Chagall and the Loft Lounge offer comforting dining options with room for improvement.
This restaurant is inside of The Sheraton connected to the Convention Centre and I almost never eat in the hotel dinning room.I was eating alone and I was tired so I ate a lunch and supper there. For supper one night I had a rib steak and it was delicious and generous. The server and the rest of the staff were first class. The prices are reasonable my friend and I had lunch there for $30 which is very reasonable for downtown.I will try them again!
We were served an yummy breakfast. any dietary needs were met. Our waitress was friendly and efficient . Our orders were served promptly .
Stayed at the hotel this past weekend for two nights and ate here both times. Had attempted to go next door to The Honest Lawyer, but it was dirty, very poor service even though not many people in it - went back to Chagalls because we were happy with their service the night before. Selection was diverse and food was in generous portions and for a good price. It came out quickly and hot. Stephanie was wonderful - very attentive, friendly and fast. We were surprised with how good it was as we have had bad experiences eating in hotel restaurants before. Would definitely go back, even just to eat without staying in the hotel.
The restaurant had a diverse menu. Large portions, great food, great value, comfortable seating, very friendly staff and quiet environment.
We just arrived at Hamilton and checked in at Sheraton hotel. It was quite cold evening so we had dinner at Chagall in Sheraton. French Onion soup was ok, steak and chicken steak was average but fish and chips should come with fries instead of sweet potato....I chose sweet potato just to find out it was too sweet and tasted weird to me. Waitress was nice....so it was our warm and quiet New Year's Eve dinning in Hamilton.
