Very dissatisfied with the serviceTried to order Thin crust pizza from this store.Got original crust.Tries to talk to the manager and he was very rude and had totally improper reasons regarding pizza crustManager thought that i have do not have knowledge of difference between regular crust and thin crustI will not order from this place again.Pathetic service.

Worst food ever eat in Canada. I ordered Samosa poutine, garlic bread and Chicken shawarma. They deliver Chicken shawarma wrap in foil paper only. I suggest you guys to find someone who can pack food properly. Worst food ever for me never gonna try again never gonna suggest

They told me delivery time took 40 45 minutes but the driver came after 1 hour 10 minutes and told that I forgot another stuff which you ordered , come to our store i will give u free , is the way to treat your customer , they didn’t forgot to took money from me , never recommend this store to my colleague and co worker to order food from here.Worst experience I received ???

Updating my old review as after multiple orders over a long period of time, the food quality has dropped off a cliff. The pepperoni pizza is consistently basic, never cut all the way through and floppy with a good deal of grease, the wings are getting smaller and smaller, taste like they 've been reheated a couple of times and the poutine somehow just gets worse every single time, fries taste rubbery like they have definitely been sitting for a long time and likely recooked; there 's also about 1/4 the amount of gravy that should be in a poutine so it 's also somehow dry. I used to just say meh, they 're the closest so whatever but it 's not worth it, just pay slightly more anywhere else as the quality anywhere else would beat this Lava Pizza location.Parking: Most of the parking gets taken up by the korean restaurant and the convenience store and I believe 1-2 delivery vehicles for this location, there 's usually 1-3 spots open for pickups.Wheelchair accessibility: There 's a ramp on the convenience store side for wheelchair access.
