We arrived at the restaurant at 8 a.m. and although we had to wait a while before being seated, the waitress was very friendly and efficient which made up for the wait. The food was excellent. My partner ordered the fish special and I ordered the bacon bourbon BBQ burger, both portions were large! The fries were also delicious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kelseys Original Roadhouse:
The service was good, the waitress was very friendly. However, the food was subpar. I ordered the bone-in ribs and a Caesar salad. The ribs were tough and dry, and the Caesar salad was excessively dressed, making it soggy. My companion ordered ribs and a burger. They said the ribs were cold, but the burger was decent. Quickly missed, beautiful server, eating came fast and tasted good. the stars are removed because they did not have my open table reservation, there was a big gash in the chair cushion and the tables were really close together. feels like this place could use a facelift.
This location felt unclean. Hostess was very unfriendly. We were seated at a very small two person table about 1 foot from another table, despite the restaurant being almost empty. They were out of two things that we tried to order, and the salad I ended up ordering came with very few of the toppings that had been listed in the description. We’ve always enjoyed Kelsey’s, but this location was a terrible experience and the food was definitely up to par!
Wings were to salty made my husband nauseas and he couldn’t eat them and the Mac and cheese was Alfredo not cheese
