Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a decent dining experience, particularly for casual gatherings or celebrations. We went for my 31st birthday, I made a reservation came in and the first girl was kinda rude when I asked if we can sit in the dining room and not the bar which I requested in the reservation but then our server was wonderful for the rest of the evening!!
The restaurant is so loud that we had a hard time having a conversation. I ordered the bbq chicken club. It was supposed to come on Texas toast but instead came on non-toasted wonderbread. I had a hard time holding the sandwich since the sauce on the chicken absorbed into the bread which just made it slimy. Perhaps Kelsey’s should swap the bread out for some sort of bun. Will not order this menu item again.
We used OpenTable (obviously since I'm writing this review) to reserve our table. When we showed up, they didn't have our reservation on file. It was for a special occasion and would have been nice for things to be ready for us when we arrived.
Spinach dip was phenomenal as always but the entree was labeled with a medium sauce which was just franks red hot. i wish it was listed as such as it was not very enjoyable.
Me and my daughters were happy with are waiter very polite and patient. Dinner was amazing will be back again before summer ends . Nice and clean also
