- Always been a pro-Harvey's, but this location is not very good- I visited it today, and the girls at cashier were not well trained- I asked for a refill of my drink, and the young blond girl looked at me as if I asked for her pay check. She even asked me why I needed another cap/lid for my cup!Well, thanks for not asking why I didn't keep the straw!- I will NEVER go to this location again.

We went in on a weekday just before Christmas. We were the first customers in the morning, they unlocked the doors for us. We walked in and our feet were sticking to the floor! So disgusting! The tables were not clean either, there were pop rings all over them. The floor was the worst! We will NOT be going back to this location!

I had a good burger there and it filled the spot, The service was good and the burger was created the way I wanted it.

My husband and I were at the Rymal/Upp Ottawa location the other day, and we also frequent the Fennell/Upp Wentworth location.What can we say? Food is delish, burgers char broiled, great fries, and nice thick onion rings! Good chicken too! Locations are always clean, staff is friendly and efficient, bathrooms well stocked and clean! This is silly, but I love that they now have fresh cucumber slices and black olives. Poutine is excellent too!
