Bruno's Pizza & Wings - Hamilton

I'll call them over delivery fee, claim $3. I place states on the websites free after 4pm. he agrees that his not updated, but he will stay through the ads. everything seems fine, even says there is a 2 for 1 deal on the day. brilliant thanks.... 15 minutes later get a call back from another person saying his now a 3.50 delivery fee plus were paid for extra pizza. Start the excuses, why. canceled order. do not buy from this absolute waste business.

The service and pizza are complete garbage when Bruno isn't working and Bruno is almost never working.

I moved into the city a few months back and I have to say they have some of the best pizza and wings in the city, that I've tried so far. Always enjoy the delivery guy, he a fun talker. Def would recommend this place!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had an issue with my meal and they would not do a single thing for me except try and give me poor, unprofessional excuses. The pizza I had received from Bruno's was not quite cooked. When I had mentioned this to an employee they told me "that's how it is". When I mean not quite cooked I mean soggy, doughy crust with the cheese barely melted. I know that's not how pizza is served. I had then asked to speak to the manager. When I had asked for the manager they had then asked me what his name was, when I said that I wasn't sure (first time at the place, obviously don't know the managers name) I got the response, "sorry bud, then there's nothing I can do for ya". I would have never employed a person who can't even treat a customer with some mild respect or get a issue as minor as mine resolved. Definitely think they need to reconsider staff. I would not recommend this location to anybody I know unless i wanted them to throw away their money. Would say this establishment is more like a Pizza Pizza - staff that don't really care, and pizza that's not really delightful. Lots of other excellent pizza places in Hamilton that you can choose to go to other than Bruno's. Please everyone, don't waste your money here!
