A variety of options on the menu plus daily specials. There is always something new to try. The soups are nourishing and filling, different everytime I go in. The desserts fulfill any craving you may have. There is a wide selection in the grab and go. My fav is the chia pudding, with a variety of flavors to choose from. No guilt eating at its best!

This restaurant has been a classic vegan restaurant in Waterdown for years. The food is very good with plenty of healthy options. It is always made with great care and great quality items. The downfall is that it is quite pricey. I have seen the prices go up incrementally at this restaurant over the last 2 years and this is why I don't come often anymore, and why I can't rate it as a 5. Nonetheless if you feel like treating yourself this is a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy the food.

It is a cheerful atmosphere. All that we ordered was delicious, even the matching latte!

Bliss Kitchen has a bright and warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Decor is very casual and fun. They have vegan desserts on display at the counter and offer a full menu with smoothies, sandwiches and the like. Unfortunately, they look like sliders versus actual burgers and the side of fries you could probably down in half a minute if you eat fast. For the price, you're getting about half the food you pay for. If they don't change their prices, I'd recommend just grabbing a dessert and a latte. At least those are worth it. (I can't seem to find a photo on my phone of said latte but I'll try to remember to add to my review next time I go) Updated from previous review on 2023-12-27

Cute little restaurant, not a lot of vegan restaurants (that I know of) in the area so location is nice. Menu is slightly expensive but probably on par with other vegan restaurants in Hamilton. Really enjoyed the shawarma fries, the blue tea latter, and one of their desserts!
