The fish and chips were very good... read more We started with the short rib flatbread and brussel sprouts. Both were excellent. Entree’s we’re prime rib and fish and chips. The fish and chips were very good. The prime rib was just ok. It could’ve used more seasonings. It was a bit bland. The vegetables were seasoned nicely. The Yorkshire pudding was cold. It was like it was forgotten about and they hastily threw it on the griddle to warm up, but not long enough as it was still refrigerator cold. One of our friends at our table also had the prime rib and his yorky was cold too. We’d definitely go back as the other food and service was very good, just not for the prime rib.

Unfortunately, my food did not arrive until 8:15pm an... read more I ordered food from this restaurant for pickup at 7:45pm, but was told it was written down for 8pm pickup. Unfortunately, my food did not arrive until 8:15pm and some items were missing from my order. However, Kelly, who I believe is the owner/manager, called me to apologize and offered a credit for my experience. This gesture was enough to change my review from a 2-star to a 5-star rating. It is rare to see a restaurant take responsibility for mistakes and provide excellent service afterwards. The food was also delicious. Thank you, Kelly, for your call and kind gesture. I truly appreciate it!
